Intuit guarantees the accuracy of its payroll calculations, tax filings, and any paychecks Intuit prepares for you, based on the information you provide and subject to the terms of your agreement with Intuit. If Intuit causes a service error, Intuit will pay any tax penalty, pay the resulting bank fees, and waive the next month’s service fee.

The cost to the company for Intuit® Online Payroll Enhanced is $36 per month, which covers the cost of the first 20 employees. Because all employees are paid via direct deposit to a Bank of America account, there is no additional $2 per month fee per employee for the additional 5 employees. The final monthly cost to the company is $36.


Company 2 has 25 employees, some of whom do not have personal Bank of America checking accounts. The cost to the company for Intuit® Online Payroll Enhanced is $36 per month, which covers the cost of the first 20 employees, plus $2 per month per employee for the additional 5 employees. The final monthly cost to the company is $0.


Company 2 has 25 employees, all of whom have personal Bank of America checking accounts. The cost to the company for Intuit® Online Payroll Basic is $20 per month, which covers the cost of the first 20 employees, plus $2 per month per employee for the additional 5 employees.
