There are 3 tiers in the Preferred Rewards for Business program – Gold, Platinum and Platinum Honors. Your tier is based on your qualifying combined balances in your Bank of America® business deposit and/or Merrill® business investment accounts.

Once you’re a member, you can move from tier to tier.

  • You’ll keep your program benefits for at least a full year, so no need to worry if your balances dip temporarily.
  • If your balances increase and qualify you for a higher tier, you’ll automatically move to the next level of rewards
