Banking by phone

You can access your accounts using our automated telephone banking service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Check your balances, transfer money, find out what checks have recently posted and verify recent deposits and withdrawals. To bank by phone, call 800-432-1000. We accept calls made through relay services (dial 711).

Banking by mail

You can mail us a deposit via U.S. mail or overnight delivery service by sending your check(s) to the appropriate address. For your security, do not send cash. Mail all other correspondence to the customer service address located on your bank statement.

Automatic payments

You can set up automatic recurring payments to your Bank of America loan or credit card. With recurring payments, your funds will be deducted directly from your checking or savings account.

Direct deposit

With direct deposit, funds are electronically deposited into your checking, savings or money market account with no additional fee. Deposits can include salary, pension, Social Security and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits or other recurring payments.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter services

We make American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters available at our financial centers and home loans offices at no cost. Please visit or contact your local financial center or home loans office to learn more and connect with us through our interpreter services.

Telecommunications relay service

We accept calls made through relay services via telephone at all of our locations and call centers.

Way finding services

The Aira Communications location services app (not associated with Bank of America) provides on-demand visual information for the blind and low vision community. If you have an account with Aira, and use their services on your mobile device while visiting our financial centers, we will cover the cost.

Accessible financing for customers with disabilities

Whether you're purchasing adaptive equipment, assistive technology or durable medical equipment, we offer a number of affordable solutions to help you finance your access needs.

All-in-one access loans for vehicles

Cover the cost of both the vehicle and adaptive equipment with one simple application and easy monthly payments. Finance the purchase of retrofitted new or used cars, vans, sport utility vehicles or light-duty trucks with a minimum down payment of 10% in cash or trade equity.

Accessible mortgage documents

Many documents are now available in accessible electronic format, providing access to users with current screen reader technology. For detailed instructions and assistance on how to access these documents, call 800-669-6650.

  • Certain mortgage origination packages are available in Home Loan Navigator
  • Mortgage servicing communications (such as monthly billing and escrow analysis statements) and other important informational letters are available in Online Banking
  • Mortgage modifications and other loan assistance solutions are available in the Home Loan Modification Status site. You can also contact your client relationship manager or call mortgage customer service at 800-669-6607.
  • All important communications, including notifications that a letter or document is ready for viewing, are available in an accessible format in Online Banking. If you're not enrolled in Online Banking, you can request that we call or email you when we mail you a document.
